Not for truly oily skin

"At 77 years young, I have Rosacea and very oily T-zone. Within hours of using a 2% salicylic acid cleanser and a 2% salicylic acid toner, white heads will start forming. I tried this oil control serum with no success. Might work for someone with combination skin but did not work for me."
