Bad Batch?
"Unfortunately I may have received a bad batch. When I first opened it, I was surprised at how slimy it felt. It felt like a sheet mask that you already wore for 20 minutes, then squeezed out all the essence and what is left behind is a dehydrated, sticky cotton pad. It didn't feel hydrating, but I did still feel some cooling. After using, there was no "essence" to rub in, just a sticky residue. So I washed it off 😞 If I could return I would, but I really think this was a faulty product. I'm obsessed with all P&L accept this product."

"These pads are super calming. On hot days or after a hot shower my cheeks turn very red. These pads are extremely helpful to reduce the redness and relax the skin. I would also recommended these for cold winter days with the extreme dry weather. these will help bring hydration and kick out the dry skin."

After I removed them my skin actually feels a little drier than before, so I just add some soothing moisturizer after the fact. Keeping them in the fridge adds a bonus cooling effect, too."
