The Single Best Dark Spot Treatment I've Tried

"I have one stubborn age spot on my left cheek that I've tried for years to address. I have used most of the major brands out there, including a well-known prescription brand. None of them have made any difference. For the past 3 nights, I have used a Dark Spot Microdart on the age spot, and I can actually see it starting to diminish in size and intensity. I apply it to clean skin before going to bed and leave it on until I wash my face in the morning. I plan to keep using them until the spot is as lightened as I can get it. I'm so happy I finally found something that works!"

Great product, wish there were more patches per pack in smaller packaging

"Easy to use, effective. Just wish it came with more patches per pack for this price. I also wish the packaging could be a little more sustainable. The outer packet could be half the size and use much less plastic. (This brand isn't the only one, though. They all seem to package acne patches like this, probably to communicate luxury by making the ratio of size to cost look more reasonable. But really, it's just so much unnecessary plastic. )"

"I haven't had much luck with several dark spot treatments for post-acne marks. These patches work, but they take a bit of time. If you have stubborn hyperpigmentation, though, I wouldn't expect a drastic change in a few days (YMMV, though)."

Nice idea- not effective

"Unfortunately these have not worked for me. I was very hopeful because I love the other P&L products and happened to have an annoyingly prominent pimple two weeks before I ordered these. I thought that because the resultant dark acne scar was “fresh” these would help fade it. I used the entire pack (which is ONLY NINE patches to begin with) and wore them each overnight. They have had no effect whatever even though the packaging touts the effects at three days. It’s possible my 45yo skin is too old for it to help but I was disappointed that there wasn’t any change. They *might* help boost the already fast healing of younger skin but I didn’t see it. I’ll stick to the P&L serums and moisturizers."
