Disappointing on every front

"Don’t let the large bottle fool you—the actual amount of product inside is deceptively small. Worse, once you hit the last 20%, the pump simply stops working, so you’re left prying it open or digging the rest out with a tool just to use what you paid for. It’s a frustrating, poorly thought-out design that feels intentionally misleading. The price doesn’t come close to matching what you get. And after finishing the entire bottle, I saw no visible difference in my skin. I can’t recommend it."

I like this product BUT

"I like this product and have bought another one but when I opened the bottle, I realized the bottle is only filled 25 percent. I opened it to scrape out whatever I could until I got the other one in the mail and noticed the nozzle inside the bottle to pull product up was so short. I put my finger in and there’s a blockage taking up 75 percent of the bottle. For 55$ getting that small amount of the product is kind of misleading. Especially from the bottle size."
