It comes out as a powder and if you can either add a little bit of water to get a good exfoliation cleansing. If you add a medium amount of water this powder will be a medium amount of exfoliation. Now if you just want to just wash your face gently but get down deep then adding a lot of water and mixing the powder together is perfect for that day."
